What is a joint venture on land?
The landowner brings the land and the builder brings the money and skill to develop it. Both share what is built, either as built area or as a share of sale revenue, in a ratio agreed in writing.
Does it cost anything to list my land?
Not right now. Listing and verification are free during our launch period. Later, verification will carry a fee. Any charge will be told to you clearly before you pay anything.
Do I give up any right over my land by listing?
No. Listing is not an agreement and transfers no right. Nothing is binding until you sign a joint venture agreement with a builder, and you can ask us to remove your listing at any time.
How is my land verified?
In four stages: we confirm who you are and that you own the land, we review your ownership documents, we check the land against available government records, and we confirm the site through location and photos or a visit.
Does verified mean the title is guaranteed?
No. Verification is our own due diligence on the documents and records available to us. It is not a legal guarantee of title. Both sides should take independent legal advice before signing.
Who can see my documents and contact details?
Only the JVEES team that handles verification. Builders see the general details of a listing. Your exact location, documents and contact are shared only with a builder we have verified, and only when you agree to the introduction.
What happens after I list?
Our team checks your details and calls you. Once verified, your land goes live to builders. When a builder is interested, we introduce the two sides and help you through terms and paperwork.
I am a builder or an investor. Where do I start?
Use the Builders or Investors page. Each has current projects and a WhatsApp button that connects you to the right person on our team.
